The Types of Problems Helped
I have insight into, and success in treating, emotional and psychological problems gained from my vast clinical experience (including 6 years within the NHS), and thorough scientific research.
I practice the Thrive Programme and the more usual clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques.
Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy offer an alternative (and often Complementary) approach to many of life’s problems by helping you to “identify” your own internal “resources” thereby playing a role in solving your own issues.
Problems that respond well to Hypnotherapy are:
- Stopping Smoking
- Weight Loss
- Stress Related Problems
- Low Self Confidence
- Anxiety Disorders
- Panic Attacks
I have been specifically trained to deal with these, and many other types of problems in complete confidentiality and I offer a completely FREE – no obligation Initial Consultation to all prospective clients.

Types of Therapy Available
I have been trained in a number of different types of Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and so am able to tackle even the most long term problems.
I use two main forms of therapy here in Richmond:
(1) Clinical Hypnosis (suggestion therapy) which is a short course of Hypnosis perfectly suited to issues such as the Fear of Flying.

(2) The Thrive Programme. Thrive is a research backed course of applied psychology that helps people to change their limiting beliefs and to totally overcome their problems. It is particularly well suited to problems that are “perpetuated” by badly managed thinking such as Emetophobia – The Fear of being Sick.
